We have introduced a revised billing procedure partly in an attempt to keep administration costs down for our less active clients.
From 1st February 2010 all client entities will receive a minimum administration fee in advance for 2010. For less active clients this can be the only administration fee they receive.
When time costs go over that £1,000 level, quarterly billing commences with full credit given for the £1,000 invoiced in advance.
For the avoidance of doubt, no credit is given for any unused element of our minimum administration fee at the end of each year. This is because it is determined as a minimum fee.
The main saving achieved by this revised billing method is removing a requirement to issue small bills quarterly with all the associated costs of approval, settlement and debt collection, more often than not handled largely internally by our administration team.
